Refund Policy – Veluwse Fietsen
At Veluwse Fietsen we do our best to make your cycling experience as smooth as possible. Should you need to cancel or change, we will apply the following refund policy.
1. Cancellation by the customer
Up to 24 hours before the start of the rental period: full refund of the rental amount paid.
Within 24 hours before the start: 50% of the rental amount will be refunded.
In case of no-show (failure to show up without canceling): no refund possible.
2. Changes to the reservation
Do you want to change your reservation (for example the date or the type of bike)? Then contact us as soon as possible via info@veluwsefietsen.nl. We are happy to think along with you, and if there is availability, we will adjust your reservation free of charge.
3. Bad weather
Weather is part of the nature experience on the Veluwe. In case of light rain or cloud, no refund will be made.
In case of extreme weather conditions (code orange/red from KNMI), we will work together to find a suitable solution, such as relocation or refund.
4. Technical issues
In the event of technical defects or malfunctions of the bicycle, we will immediately provide a replacement bicycle or appropriate compensation.
Always report any damage or problems as soon as possible during the rental period.
5. Refund period
If you are entitled to a refund, we will ensure that the amount is refunded to the same account used to make the payment within 7 working days.
